When you click on the remote support button: You should see the the above window.

Please click on run.  You can safely ignore the security warning.

Please enter your name in this screen.  This will identify you in our system and your technician can see that you are trying to connect.

 You will notice that the name you typed in before automatically shows up in the Login Name field. Don't change it. Click Ok and you will be connected.

After your session is done, the software will uninstall itself.
