If you see this message you are probably running PCCharge in Mail Order mode. It needs to be switched to Retail etc for card swipes to work. This is done in PCCharge>Setup>CC>Extended
Please note that there may be process fee changes.

We've seen this in High Tower POS Pro and EBM environments. If ecommerce is selected in PCCharge card swipes won't work for POS.
